Stuart Davis: Aliens and Artists

Stuart Davis was last night’s guest on Coast to Coast; George Knapp hosting. I had not heard of Davis before. A fantastic interview! Different, and yet . . . a lot of what was discussed seemed familiar.

Davis has had his own experiences in the metaphysical-high-strangeness-UFO realm, including encounters with Mantids (praying mantis entities.)  His encounters include many moments of synchronicity.

Aside from Davis’s experiences, he has apodcast: Aliens and Artists.   Davis explores the relationship between artists, UFO etc. expedites, and the creative expressions.

I really think this is one path to follow in order to get closer to some understanding of the phenomena.

One thing Davis talked about was that moment when we’re meditating, or relaxed, maybe going to sleep but still awake — those in between moments — and we are consciously (or, sometimes not so much) inviting non-human energies into our space. “They” seem to know when we are open, and vulnerable. I’ve had a few of these drop-in visitors while in this state.

One was very silly. I was doing an experiment with a friend of mine who has had a life long experience with UFOs, aliens, and all kinds of high strangeness episodes. Her children and spouse have as well. So for awhile, we were trying to send each other images. It didn’t work, not for either of us. But, what did pop into my mind was the typical gray, except he/she/it had a balloon type head. Very cartoonish. It was like the thing was laughing at me. It was very Trickster like; wouldn’t go away, kept coming back. The harder I tried to get rid of it the more it stuck around.

Now, I’m not suggesting this was literally a Balloon Clown Alien from Outer Space. Just that in my in betwixt and between state, with intent, energies morphed and appeared. They could have been from my subconscious: me thinking deep down this whole thing was silly and I shouldn’t try. Or, not. Or, something in between, a bit of this, a bit of that.

Where I was meditating with amethyst and focusing on my third eye. (I’ve had many psychic and entity episodes while using crystals as a conduit.)

And of course, my obsession with the Orange Orb — that UFO I and my spouse saw years ago. We also had missing time with that sighting.

This past March or April, right when the lockdown began because of the Corona virus, I suddenly began drawing “tall whites” and white, orange entities, sometimes emerging from orbs:

Not exactly like the grays — which I’ve “seen” in various encounters – so I don’t know where these tall whites came from. Just playing around during the whole social isolation phase.

And so on. Many more: drawings from childhood memories, UFO sightings, random “mind postcards” like the green warty man/entity, a drawing I’ve been working on.

Orange Orb on Black

Nothing to report, just playing around with oil pastels on black paper, something I’ve been wanting to try for sometime. So here’s the latest version of the Orange Orb.

Interesting how playing around with images and moving away from the original intent can convey the feeling of an event better than what you started out with. I really like this image; did not like the original painting much. I was trying to capture the impact, the suddenness of the appearance of the orange orb seen decades ago in Eugene, Oregon. But the original painting didn’t do that, and, it was pretty much a “meh” kind of painting.  After playing around with the image on the computer, I really like the looks of this image. Even though the white foreground gives the appearance of snow, possibly and the actual landscape was green, dark and woodsy, this conveys the emotional feeling much better.

Nick Redfern’s Theory on Rendlesham

41OWTDf2l8L._SX323_BO1,204,203,200_

NIck Redfern was on Coast to Coast last night, discussing his latest book about the Rendlesham UFO case. I haven’t read the book yet, so this is not a review of the book. But by now, we all know the premise of the book: that Redfern believes what those witnesses saw that night was not an extraterrestrial UFO, but a man made object. Not just that, but an intentional mind control experiment, created by humans.

Blurb from the C2C site:

Detailing several elements which informed this hypothesis, Redfern revealed that there exists a decades-long history of “secret experiments and highly classified facilities all located less than 11 miles of Rendlesham Forest.” Additionally, he noted a now-declassified 1964 experiment that occurred in a different British forest which saw soldiers surreptitiously given LSD in order to gauge their response to the drug under those conditions. He coupled this with insights about projects aimed at developing “sophisticated holographic technology” which can produce imagery that looks incredibly real.

Years ago, when I first heard about this case, my first thought was: “mind control, government ops, etc.” It seemed obvious to me, and I didn’t even know about the proximity of installations nearby that played around with such things as mind control and LSD MK ULTRA type experiments. The plot thickens.

I’ve been saying for decades that much of the UFO phenomena, including abductions, missing time and other high weirdness are the scenarios created by humans. But here’s the thing: at the same time, those humans know damn well about the reality of “the others” out there, including various ETs and other non-human entities, terrestrial and non. Manipulating and tapping into these energies is what these humans do. (I include many crop circles in this category.)

Remember this book by by Helmut Lammer Ph.D. and Marion Lammer? It came out twenty years ago.  milab

Who knows what really happened at Rendlesham? I don’t, and, as I’ve said, I haven’t read Nick’s book yet. I’m not commenting on the book itself, but the idea of the Renlesham event being a manipulation by humans is very probable. Accepting this theory as possible, let alone true, does not negate the existence of the other.

But as George Knapp  (last night’s C2C host) remarked last night, it’s almost a lot scarier that our own would perform such experiments on us than  the existence of aliens. (I’ve been saying the same thing for years as well.)

I wrote this item on my Orange Orb Blog on blogger in 2017:

Nick Redfern; A Contactee or a Victim of Mind-Control? | Mysterious Universe

A Contactee or a Victim of Mind-Control? | Mysterious Universe: While some may disagree, Angelucci’s tale bears all the hallmarks of someone taking a long and winding trip of the definitively chemical kind and after taking a drink. Angelucci stated that the previously innocuous restaurant was now “transformed into a cozy retreat on some radiant star system.” Needless to say, this is not the experience that most people report upon taking a gulp or several of a drink in the average diner. “Added beauty and meaning” were suddenly given to all-things around Angelucci, as his radically-transformed mind begins to excitedly navigate previously uncharted realms. He heard captivating music that prompted him to comment: “No sound could be so enchanting unless played by some skilled musician.” (Redfern, Mysterious Universe)

Redfern suggests that some contactees, such as Angelucci, were not literally in contact with aliens from space, but victims of mind control by our own. I have no doubt. This doesn’t negate aliens, or non-human entities milling about, but I agree with Nick that mind control experiments were responsible for some of the UFO experiences reported. MILABS (military abductions) staged alien-UFO scenarios. This theory doesn’t make a lot of researchers happy. But, it’s worth considering.

And from 2011, also on Orange Orb on blogger:

Nick Redfern: Alien Abductions: Military Manipulation? | Mysterious Universe

Nick relates one woman’s abduction experiences, and her theories on MILABS and ufos/aliens: Alien Abductions: Military Manipulation? | Mysterious Universe. Writes Redfern:
There are those researchers and eye-witnesses (or perhaps “victims” would be a much better term) who believe that alien abductions have nothing to do with the activities of real-life extraterrestrials, but are, in reality, the result of clandestine work undertaken by the U.S. military.
So the theory goes, the military uses the alien abduction motif as a carefully-camouflaged cover to allow for the continued testing of new technologies, such as mind-altering and mind-controlling drugs, and sophisticated hypnotic techniques on unwitting and innocent citizens.
Is it possible that now, after all this time, the idea of MILABS is getting some serious consideration on a more open level among ufologists? I hope so. About time. I don’t know if MILABS explains abductions or not, if ET is still involved in some ways, or what, but I do know that the subject has been on the fringe of the fringe and many have not wanted to look at MILABS in a serious way. Maybe things are changing. Leah Haley’s recent statements concerning her own abduction experiences have startled a few into rethinking things…
_______

I think UFO researchers — those that reject or just don’t go there – need to consider in a serious way, that in many cases, humans are unethically, illegally and cruelly involved in putting their sisters and brothers through all kinds of hell (see also Greg Bishop’s Project Beta)  in the guise of the whole UFO/alien theme.

New Book: Monsterland

New Book: Monsterland

My copy of Ronny Le Blanc’s Monsterland: Encounters with UFOs, Bigfoot, and Orange Orbs  arrived the other day. I took two images and posted them on Facebook. I hadn’t opened the book, just held up the front to the camera. And a bit of synchronicity, the place where fingers were when I was holding the book — right on page 140, Chapter 12: The Orange Orbs.

Naturally I read Chapter 12 first. Surprised to find that orange orbs were seen in the 1800s. There are reports of basket ball sized orbs — like the one I saw. According to Le Blanc. the smaller orbs, the ubiquitous orange dots of lights seen in night skies, I assume, are “drones” and “are the ones that get close to people.” In my case though the large, basketball sized orb is the orb that got close to me. I haven’t seen the smaller ones.

Le Blanc has his own orange orb sighting. He writes that:

“I knew there was some type of intelligence behind these things. . . “ (page 141)

I felt the same thing when I witnessed the orange orb. Not only did it seem intelligent, but that it was utterly aware of me, and waiting for me, following me with intent. And, of course, there was missing time.

Channeling Orange Orb Beings

Well, not really channeling, that’s not fair. But after watching this 2013 YouTube video interview with UFO researcher  Richard Haines (thanks to Erica Lukes for alerting me to this) I immediately got out my oil pastels and did this in about five minutes. What’s interesting to me is that I didn’t draw orange orbs, but these figures. As my dear one commented, “They look like they’re from another dimension, not quite here.”  That’s the feeling I had when drawing these — that these orange beings were a form of energy emanating from the orb.

Going For It: Hypnosis

hynosisspiral.jpg

Decades after our Orange Orb sighting, I’ve decided to go through regression, or hypnosis, to try and recover the missing parts of that event.

I’ve been in contact with someone locally who does this kind of work. It will be a few weeks until we even get started — she is booked out, and I am recovering from an extremely bad case of pneumonia. (Have never been this sick in my life.). I’m not sure how it works out with insurance and cost, but it’s a commitment I’ve made to myself.

My spouse, who was with me at the time of the sighting, is still on the fence about his own regression, but he is supportive of whatever I decide to do.

I realize it all may turn out to be nothing! That is almost as scary as finding out aliens were involved. What if it turns out I simply saw a big ol’ plasma ball that was no big deal, and we had missing time and weird dreams because we were just forgetful, impressionable people? Big Fortean egg on the face.  But then again, that doesn’t change all the weirdness that went before — decades before — or, after.

We shall see.

The Lone Amber Earring In The Kitchen

I’ve often commented to Jim that I’m convinced there’s a spirit in the house that seemingly  lives in the kitchen. Many times we’ve found objects in very odd places in the kitchen that we’d been searching for months, sometimes years. Example: great pair of chopsticks a friend made. Wood, a nice balance and feel. We somehow lost one chopstick, so that meant we were left with one pair. Searched all over, never found it. Years later, Jim found the lone chopstick high up on a shelf stuck in between the cupboard wall and the little stack of drawers. How it got there, no idea. Very weird. Many other objects have appeared in the kitchen that have no business doing there.

amber earring.jpg

Today, Jim called to me from the kitchen: “What’s your earring doing here by the toaster?” “What?!” I replied. He comes into the living room, an amber earring dangling from his hand. I told him I had no idea! But that earring was one of my favorites; sadly, I lost its mate years ago. I just held onto the earring out of … hope? I just couldn’t let go of it. But that one amber earring has been in my jewelry box — which is in another room, obviously –for decades. How it got there, in the kitchen, by the toaster, I have no idea. But, I was thinking the other day how I wish I had that other earring! A nice, simple amber earring. I have a few other pairs but don’t really like them and don’t wear them. Maybe the fairy or spirit heard my thought?

So now I’m off to see if the other earring is somewhere in my jewelry box. After dinner. (Turkey enchiladas in green sauce.)

Was I There?

Husband writing his novel, which includes when we first met. Discussions follow. After forty plus years of marriage, memories. . .

Synchronicity, or maybe just plain old nostalgia, but this weekend is our forty-third anniversary.

And I’m writing, on my own stuff, paranormal and not.

So we’re listening to old Donovan (do not underestimate him) on vinyl, of course, and things came to my mind. Like the following poem:

He was there

before we knew each other

was I?

I have a memory , some

might call it a screen memory, or

cover

when we met, we sat in his Fiat

talking poetry, dreams, UFOs

was I there?

I remember him, Donovan

Hollywood Bowl, on a carpet

white shirt

was I there?

Later, dreams, missing time

Where were we?

Was I there?

Back in 2011, when I was writing for Tim Binnall’s site, I wrote the following:

Donovan in Concert at the Hollywood Bowl … Maybe

Memory and UFOs. Missing time. Conscious recall of astounding events. These memories affect the UFO witness, contactee and abductee in profound ways. The memories are vivid, full of emotional and spiritual import that brings life long changes to the experiencer.

Even missing time – which is no memory – is a sort of memory. You know you don’t remember; you remember that something strange happened before, and something strange followed, but what happened in-between? During that in-between state, something happened, something involving you. The memory of those moments exist, somewhere, outside yourself. Forever frustrating, until recalled. But at that point, can we trust the process that brought us to that moment of recollection? Do we just think we remember? How much of those memories are real? All, some, none?

I have a few memories that don’t involve UFOs or really, anything particularity high strangeness or paranormal and yet… there’s a nagging feeling with this category of memory that UFOs were on the edges of these events. Events that I can’t fully recall. They share some similarities with missing time.

For years I’ve had a vague memory of attending a Donovan concert at the Hollywood Bowl in 1969. I have a vivid memory of seeing him on stage. I remember standing up on a little rise, the night air around me, seeing him and hearing him. I don’t recall being with anyone, if I was, I don’t remember who I was with. And yet, I don’t remember anything else at all. Not going to the concert, who I went with, anything about the concert itself, or anything afterwards. I don’t know how I got there. I don’t remember anything. I’m not sure I was there. But I think I might have been.

Curious to know if Donovan ever did play the Hollywood Bowl in 1969, I found proof that he did on the delightful The Go-Go’s Notebook blog. He did play there in 1969. No way to prove if I had been there, but at least we know he was.

There’s no one I could ask about this; my father, who I was living with at the time, has since passed away. He’d be the only one who might know. I was pretty left on my own back then, so adults or others who might know if I had gone wouldn’t necessarily know. It wouldn’t have been unusual for me to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, where I’d seen may concerts, or other places.

It bothers me of course, not knowing if something really happened or not. At least in the context of UFOs, there’s a “Well, that explains it” context. Missing time, not being able to remember, while seeing a UFO, all adds up to the strange. It’s strange to begin with.

I don’t have any memories of UFO experiences when I was a teenager, except for one other memory related event. A few years ago I was meditating, and looking at a landscape I had painted of Santa Cruz. My mind wandered to a night in Santa Cruz by a river. My father and some family members were camping; in that meditative state I could vidily remember the smell of the water as well as the sounds, the cold air…and in the painting/memory, a stationary “star” began to move, zooming in towards us. I have a lucid moment, saying to myself “That didn’t happen when we were there!” I heard a voice outside of myself, speak to me inside my head that I “knew it was a UFO and I had better stop playing games” with myself about the reality of that memory. Then I was jolted back to the reality of my bedroom, the painting, and current time.

Was this memory of attending a Donovan concert related to this Santa Cruz event? Cover memories and games with time, and, location? As weird as this hazy memory realm is, it isn’t unheard of or unusual with UFO witnesses. Whitley Streiber is among witnesses who’ve shared their experiences of almost dreamlike memories that were not dreams, yet… some shadowy thing has happened to distance the witness from the event. Why?

Jim (my spouse of these many decades) and I have had many paranormal and UFO experiences; separate, in our childhoods, before we knew each other, as well as during our relationship. One example: the orange orb sighting, with missing time.
