I can’t take any single ufo experience out of context and hold it up to self-reflection, analysis, exploration, and not think it’s unrelated to all my other similar experiences. That’d be silly.
Yet I do. Not on purpose; I just get lost sometimes. For example, my orange orb sighting. What I call my “anchor” sighting. Even though the orange orb sighting was not the first, or the last, it was the one that threw me down the rabbit hole. Handed me the blue pills and the red pills.
So when thinking of the orange orb, I consider many possibilities. Plasma being one of them. Okay, let’s take plasma. Big ball of electrical naturally occurring terrestrial stuff. So far, simple. Except…
This orange ball of lit-from-within stuff was intelligent. Sentient. Followed me. Seemed to be waiting for me. Played with me. Seemingly, was the cause of, or related to the cause of, missing time, and classic ufo dreams. (Paralyzed, bright white beam of light, unseen aliens…)
Still, let’s suppose the orange orb was not an alien other, but a natural earth based thing. That maybe caused me to think such things. Or, was indeed the cause of such things. Some type of highly intelligent, aware “thing” right here on earth that for whatever reason, connected with me that night.
Which is a worse situation? An alien from outer space, another planet, or, something right here existing next to us? Something capable of manipulating us? That can cause a sense of missing time, and more.
I am sure there are things like that afoot. No doubt about that — there are non-human, intelligent entities that have nothing to do with outer space right here, messing with us, interacting with us.
Whether or not the orange orb belongs in that category, or the aliens from space category, I’m not quite sure. But I also am convinced that aliens exist as well; that, and the afore mentioned context. All those other ufo encounters, going back to childhood. So there is a definite there there. I can’t hold up the orange orb experience and disconnect if from the other ones. That doesn’t prove anything ET-ish of course.
So, which is worse, if “worse” is the right word? Aliens from outer space, or some earth bound energy? I’m not sure. Just asking.
